RETURNS
AQUANAUTIA RETURN POLICY.
Aquanautia accept exchanges and refunds on all our items within 60 days of purchase.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way due to reasons of hygiene.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Aquanautia for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us unless from the UK.
Refunds will be issued excluding the return label cost.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
1. To initiate a return, email returns@aquanautia.com and put your order number in the subject line.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
2. Once the items have been received, we will send your new item/s out or you will receive your refund (excluding express shipping cost).
Aquanautia cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We will provide you with the full address to send your return once you email us
Items returned without a valid RETURNS AUTHORISATION may not be able to be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with instructions within 2 working days.
If you are exchanging, please allow up to 5 working days for us to send your new item/s out, and email you a new tracking number from date we receive it.
Please allow up to 5 working days from the day that the return has been confirmed for the refund to be processed. we will refund you through the same method you used to pay for the item(s).
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
